ALTEC TELECARE SENSORS

The Altec range of Telecare Sensors operates on the European 169MHz Social Alarms frequency. All Telecare

Sensors are uniquely coded to allow simple registration and automatic device type recognition.

Most Telecare Sensors are battery powered - however some require connection to a 240V AC mains supply.

The typical battery life stated for each device is based on normal use. Altec Telecare Sensors are compatible

with Reach, SayPhone at-home alarms (v2/21 models), Advent xt warden call and Altec Response products.

The range of any radio device can be affected by the working environment - always perform several

test calls during installation to ensure radio coverage. Tynetec operates a policy of continual product

development and reserves the right to change the specification of equipment without notice.

TOUCH PERSONAL PENDANT

From concept to industrialisation, the Touch personal pendant has been designed with the user in mind. Total

flexibility is delivered via multiple wearing options which are simple to switch between and for those who are

concerned about being labeled as vulnerable or at risk; the new sleek black and silver design eliminates the

red button stigma.

PERSONAL PENDANT / TOUCH PERSONAL PENDANT

The Personal Pendant is worn on the person to allow an emergency alarm call to be made from anywhere in

or around the home. In residential housing calls can be made from anywhere on the scheme.

An alarm call is made by simply pressing the red button once – a flashing red LED provides the user with call

reassurance. The Touch pendant offers users a stylish and modern alternative to a traditional red button.
